How much does the delivery cost?
For orders under £75, there is a delivery fee of £4.95 within the UK mainland. If the total price is above £75 the delivery is free!

2-3 Working days from day of dispatch, Monday to Friday - Mainland UK Standard delivery Free over £75.
2-3 Working days from day of despatch, Monday to Friday - UK Offshore addresses Standard delivery £18.
Includes the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands. Sorry, we are unable to offer a next day, timed or Saturday delivery to these areas plus the Scottish Highlands. - UK Mainland Next Day

Can I have my order delivered by express?
Yes, next working day delivery is available on UK mainland orders. To ensure next working day delivery, all orders need to be placed before 1pm the previous working day. Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday only. A signature will be required. Sorry but this service is not available for customers with a delivery address outside of the UK mainland.
What if I want to Cancel my order, how do I do this?
You can Cancel the order if it has not yet been posted. This can be done simply by contacting us at: info@westandhill.co.uk
Will I be charged VAT?
All prices on our site are VAT inclusive.
If an item is faulty whom should I contact?
In the unlikely event that an item in your delivery is faulty or damaged please contact our customer services team at: info@westandhill.co.uk
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I return my order?
Please refer to our returns policy and email us as soon as possible at: info@westandhill.co.uk Let us know the product you wish to return and reason for the return.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product or change your mind, we can offer a full refund of the purchase price, not including the delivery cost paid if applicable. The product must not have been used and should also be in its original condition. The refund option is available within 14 days after the product has arrived with the customer. Delivery costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. Please contact us if you are intending to returning a product quoting your full name and order number at: info@westandhill.co.uk
